“K” Line Offshore AS – New Employees
Arendal, 1 August 2010. Mr. Katsue Yoshida CEO of “K“ Line Offshore AS is pleased to announce that the Company has expanded and further strengthened the K Line Offshore team with three new employees:
- Mr Yoshihiro Yoshida is employed as Technical and Marine Safety Manager from 1st April.
- Mr Klaus Erik Farstad is employed as Operations Manager from 1st May.
- Mr Kristoffer Wold as Charterer from 21st June.
They become important members of our chartering and operations team and will be reporting to the Chartering and Operations Manager.

Yoshihiro Yoshida
Joined us from K line Tokyo. He is a Master Mariner and has his education from University of Mercantile Marine in Kobe where he graduated in 1998.
Yoshihiro have served onboard K Line’s tankers, LNG carriers and crude oil carrier for 10 years in K-Line fleet.
He worked at container vessel quality section in K-Line Tokyo in 2004-2007.

Klaus Erik Farstad
Is Educated from Ålesund Maritime College as Master Mariner.
Has most of his working experience from offshore vessel such as supply, diving, AHTS and subsea. He has also deep sea experience from chemical tankers.
He has also worked ashore as shipbroker in the Seabrokers Group, and his last position was as Crew Manager in Seatrans AS.

Kristoffer Wold
Is educated from University of Plymouth, Antwerp and European Business School.
His previous employer was United European Car Carriers, where he since 2004 held operational and commercial positions at Grimstad, Oslo and Athens.
