“K” Line Offshore AS takes over chartering function
Arendal, 1st December 2009. Mr. Katsue Yoshida CEO of “K“ Line Offshore AS is pleased to announce that the Company as of December 1st 2009 will take over all chartering activities from ADS Offshore Chartering AS. At the same time Mr. Carl H. Sørensen will join “K” Line Offshore AS and take up the position as Manager for Chartering and Operations Department.
“K” Line Offshore AS will thereby be responsible to provide chartering and operational services to all clients under “K” Line Offshore name.
“It is important for “K” Line Offshore to have a structure where their clients will have one point of contact. We are pleased to bring Mr. Carl Sørensen onboard and we are sure that Carl will further strengthen our team” says Katsue Yoshida, CEO of K Line Offshore AS.
Carl H. Sørensen brings with him more than 20 years experience from various chartering and ship broking positions both in Norway and the U.S.A. He has held senior positions in Milbros Shipping AS (Primorsk European Operation), Stolt Nielsen and Odin Marine Inc.
Recently Carl H. Sørensen headed ADS Offshore Chartering AS (company formed in 2008, operating out of Arendal).
