    Tomoyuki Okawa

    Chairman of the Board

    Mr. Okawa joined Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha Ltd ("K" Line) in 1983, starting in the Liner division followed by Car Carrier division, before moving to the Energy Transportation division in 1992, working in the Tanker and LNG Group of the Company. In 2008 he moved to the Energy Transportation Business Development Group serving as General Manager, the first business unit responsible for “K” Line’s offshore energy business sector including the incorporation of K Line Offshore AS. Since July 2012, he has been assigned as CEO of K Line Offshore AS, seconded from “K” Line. Mr. Okawa hold BA in Business and Commerce from Keio University in Tokyo, and MBA from Graduate School of Business Administration, Keio University.

  • Takahiko Tsurukawa

    Takahiko Tsurukawa

    Boardmember and CEO

    Mr. Takahiko Tsurukawa began his career within Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha Ltd ("K" Line) in 1987. He has proven achievements, notably in Bulk carrier, Oil Tanker, LPG carrier and Offshore Sectors. He was Resident Representative in New York in 1993-1996. Just prior to joining K Line Offshore AS, he was General Manager of for both Tanker and Energy & Off-shore Business Planning Group in "K" Line. He has been Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board in K Line Offshore AS since April 2017 seconded from “K” line. Mr. Tsurukawa holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Waseda University Japan.

  • Petter Nordby

    Petter Nordby

    CFO

    Mr. Nordby joined K Line Offshore AS as CFO in 2010. He has a long career within the shipping and offshore industry. He started in Leif H√łegh & Co in Oslo and then served 17 years in the Ugland Group in Grimstad holding position as CFO and also being responsible for business development. Before joining KOAS he had some years as independent consultant with several engagements for investors, shipowners, shipyards and banks. Mr. Nordby graduated from The Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH) in Bergen.
